30-Day Returns

You may request a return within 30 calendar days after receiving your order. Email info@akelyjkho.com with your order number, the item you wish to return, and the reason for the return. Contact us before shipping so we can provide return instructions.

Return Condition

For a change-of-mind return, the speaker must be in its original condition, without damage or signs of use beyond a reasonable inspection. Include all supplied accessories, cables, manuals, and original packaging where available. Damage caused by misuse, unauthorized modification, or accidental damage after delivery is not covered by our standard return policy. These conditions do not exclude items that arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order on arrival and contact us within 3 calendar days of receipt if it is damaged, has a quality problem, or is the wrong item. Include photos of the item and packaging when possible. This reporting request does not shorten the 30-day return window or limit rights available under applicable law for defects discovered later.

If a speaker's battery appears damaged, swollen, or leaking, contact us for instructions before sending it back.

Return Shipping and Fees

Change-of-mind returns: The customer pays return shipping. Use a trackable service and keep proof of postage.

Confirmed quality problems, shipping damage, or incorrect items: Akelyjkho pays return shipping. We will provide a prepaid label or confirm another shipping arrangement before you send the item.

Restocking fee: $0. We do not charge restocking fees.

Inspection and Refund Timing

We inspect returned items within 2 business days after receiving them and email you the result. Approved refunds will be credited to the original payment method within 5 business days of approval. This schedule does not include return transit time. If the refund has not appeared after 5 business days, contact us for help tracing it.

Eligible refunds include the amount paid for the returned item and any applicable sales tax. Original standard shipping is free, so no outbound shipping charge is deducted. Customer-paid postage for a change-of-mind return is not reimbursed. If a return is not eligible, we will explain the reason before taking further action with the item.

Exchanges and Cancellations

We do not offer direct exchanges. To choose another product, request an eligible return and place a separate order.

Request order changes or cancellations within 24 hours of purchase. Availability depends on fulfillment status. Approved cancellations of paid, unshipped orders receive a full refund to the original payment method within 5 business days of approval.
