Shipping policy

Delivery Area

We ship to the 48 contiguous United States. We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Washington, D.C., Puerto Rico, other U.S. territories, APO/FPO/DPO addresses, or international destinations.

Shipping Cost

Standard shipping is free for all eligible orders: $0.00 USD. No minimum purchase is required.

Processing and Delivery

Order processing: 1-2 business days after payment confirmation.
Transit time: 3-6 business days after dispatch.
Estimated total delivery time: 4-8 business days after payment confirmation.

Business days are Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM-6:00 PM (UTC-5), excluding U.S. federal holidays. Orders placed on weekends or holidays begin processing on the next business day. Transit time is separate from processing time. Delivery estimates may be affected by severe weather, carrier disruptions, or address issues.

Carriers

We use USPS, DHL, UPS, and FedEx. The carrier is selected according to the order and delivery address. Your shipment confirmation will identify the carrier handling your package.

Order Tracking

We email tracking information when your order ships. Tracking activity generally appears within 24-48 hours after dispatch. If no tracking update appears after that time, contact info@akelyjkho.com with your order number.

Changes, Delays, and Delivery Problems

Request address changes or cancellations within 24 hours of ordering. We cannot guarantee changes once an order has shipped.

If we cannot ship within the stated processing time, we will contact you with a revised shipment estimate and the option to accept the delay or cancel the unshipped order for a full refund, as required by applicable law.

For a delayed, lost, or incorrectly delivered package, email us so we can investigate with the carrier. If your order is confirmed lost or cannot be delivered because of our error, we will arrange a refund or another resolution with your agreement. Report visible delivery damage or an incorrect item within 3 calendar days of receipt, as explained in our Refund Policy.
